With Anthony's assistance and participation, we made the complete tour of the Impalas in stock, found the paint colors we preferred, and searched for the options that we preferred. Anthony moved cars around as we put different colors side by side to confirm what we liked and disliked. Anthony was hustling to get keys and keep pace with us as we changed our minds. We eventually narrowed the search to three cars to road test. Anthony confidently and correctly assured us that the dealership would be very fair with our trade-in and new car price when we selected the car we wanted. Anthony was pleasant, friendly, patient, supportive and attentive to our personal requirements and expectations. He attended to our needs and let us take our time without any sales pressure. However, Tim is so different then your typical car salesman. We met when we were looking for a used SUV for our growing family. He kept his eye out and I was in at least 3 times looking for the right one. Every time he was patient, not pushy, and always treated me with respect. On our fourth visit, we finally purchased a new SUV. They also gave me the best trade in value on my car which helped even more.
