My initial call was to this store, where I met Michael Stramaglia. After several days of conversing with him, he found two trucks that my son was interested in. However, they were at their Frankfort loca Stramaglia. After several days of conversing with him, he found two trucks that my son was interested in. However, they were at their Frankfort location and he was willing to have one of them brought up to the Lansing store for our convenience. My son wanted to see both vehicles and their other inventory so we decided to go to the Frankfort location. So, Michael set up a time with a sales representative (Chris Baxendale) to meet with us that day at the Frankfort location. My son purchased a beautiful new Silverado truck that day. It was a wonderful experience. This dealership is a Class A establishment and the sale price on this new truck was unbelievable. We received all the offers we were entitled to, and this was the best experience we ever had buying a vehicle. We definitely recommend Phillips Chevrolet. More
