I called Phillips Chevrolet after a bad experience at another dealership and right away Mike S made me feel like this dealership is different. Once we got there Mike S made the entire process extremely e another dealership and right away Mike S made me feel like this dealership is different. It all started with the personalized video that Michael S sent me of my new 2020 Chevy Trax. The video really gave me a good feeling. No, other dealership has done this. Once, Mike sent me the video and foll sent me of my new 2020 Chevy Trax. The video really gave me a good feeling. No, other dealership has done this. Once, Mike sent me the video and followed up with an email I knew I would shop at Phillips Chevy. I went to the dealership and what a warm and friendly environment. Christina in fiancé really made sure I got the best possible deal and I love the professionalism of the entire staff. I didn’t feel like I was pressured they reassured me and made sure I was informed and comfortable with my decision. Mike is the best and the reason why I will return in the future.
