Great Experience I came to Phillips Chevrolet Lansing with my parents to buy a car we had seen on their web site. Shawn greeted us and after looking it up found out I came to Phillips Chevrolet Lansing with my parents to buy a car we had seen on their web site. Shawn greeted us and after looking it up found out the car was no longer at their dealership. Shawn helped us get a newer model for the same price . Shawn understood that my parents were older and wanted the process to be quick and he made every effort to make it happen by making his boss aware of their age and the need to get them in their new car and on their way.
