Happy customers.. The customer service with regards to buying a used car was excellent. The sales person took the time to actually listen to what we wanted in a vehicle The customer service with regards to buying a used car was excellent. The sales person took the time to actually listen to what we wanted in a vehicle and walked us through the whole process from searching for the right used car all the way through the whole financial process. We even had to come back a few days later with regards to some service issues and was well taken care of. Drove 2 hours - Well worth it! Contacted the dealership as I was looking for a specific model, trim and color combination that I could not find anywhere else. I wanted a 4X2, and P Contacted the dealership as I was looking for a specific model, trim and color combination that I could not find anywhere else. I wanted a 4X2, and Phillips had a 4X4, but everything else met my search. Honestly didn't think we could come to terms as I really did not want to pay the additional for the 4X4. Chris was very communicative, timely and efficient when I showed up. He went the extra mile to do as much work remotely to avoid me spending too much time at the dealership as I had to pick up a family member art the airport and had a tight turn around back to Clearwater/Tampa. I can't say enough about how he was on top of everything and didn't give me the run around. Solid guy, solid dealership. I have purchased 11 Dodge's from another dealership since 2006 and reached out to Phillips on a whim as they had a truck I was interested in....glad I did, they will be the first folks I try next time! Thanks guys! More
