Not happy with service center at all! We were harassed and when we went to get wire harness installed we waited for 2 1/2 hours. When we got in the van it was not installed. It was sit We were harassed and when we went to get wire harness installed we waited for 2 1/2 hours. When we got in the van it was not installed. It was sitting in a box. We originally were told they did not install it but we rec’d phone call after phone call that we had to come in and have it installed. After we were told they had the wire harness we arrived to be told it wasn’t there so we made the appt.for this to happen. More

Worst service I’ve ever had in 40+ years of driving. Brought my jeep in for a simple recall. You had my jeep for over a months never were able to fix the recall issue and I left with broken items from Brought my jeep in for a simple recall. There was no communication for weeks and the service manager did nothing to help. I will never come back and tell everyone to avoid your dealership. My jeep is still no fixed and has more issues that were caused by your service department. Worst experience ever. More
