Best Customer Service in Service Dept. and best Service MGR. Had a Service performed in June this year, had a small problem, Went back and forth to diagnose and finally did find the problem, Service Mgr. worked Had a Service performed in June this year, had a small problem, Went back and forth to diagnose and finally did find the problem, Service Mgr. worked with me happily every time and we resolved the problem and he took great care of me for my patience and time!!! They are the Best and don't stop till they resolve and diagnose the problem and make the customer feel as #1. When I am ready for my newer Toyotas, I am coming to Phillips Toyota for a new vehicles and all my services, They treat me as a #1 Customer and I put them all on a Pedestal ! I really planned on just looking and finding out the difference in price if I traded my car in. Wes explained the process and advantages of leasing and 2 hours later, left with my perfect car! And it's red...can easily find it in a sea of gray and silver! Note: one of the questions below asked the reason for the visit...even though I ended up with a new car, the original purpose was to service my existing one. More
