Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went in to do an oil change, tire rotation and brakes. At my last oil change, I was told my brakes were at 20% and I’d have to have them done at th I went in to do an oil change, tire rotation and brakes. At my last oil change, I was told my brakes were at 20% and I’d have to have them done at the next oil change. Rhonda came to me and said Ron, you don’t need brakes. You have half the life left on them. I was like what?? She said the previous mechanic that said that at the last oil change, no longer works there. I thanked her very much and told her to thank her mechanic too. They could have charged me for brakes and I would never have been the wiser. Service advisor. Brian was very friendly and kept me up-to-date on my vehicle.
