For someone who has never been through this process before or have ever been to this dealership(1 hour away from me), he made me felt welcomed. The dealership was clean and everyone looked friendly. I have worked in customer service for many years and I don't write reviews often but I knew I had to this time regarding my experience. We decided to purchase a Sienna XLE premium. We’re extremely happy with the van and our grandchildren love it also. They say it is very roomy, awesome and comfortable. This is from a 7 y/o, 10 y/o and a 15 y/o. Wow, my wife and I didn’t even think the children would pay attention to much past the blu-ray player.
