We are a Toyota family. When we started looking for a hybrid vehicle we chose Phillips as our first stop. We arrived just before they were closing (summer hours) without realizing it. Gagan Bajwa was very welcoming and informative. He answered all our questions and even though he is a very young man was very knowledgeable and helpful with the car features and capabilities. Although we had discussed just "looking" we found the perfect fit for our situation and drive the car home last night! I am not a fan of car buying but from start to finish the process was painless. The finance manager. Mr. Pardo was also very professional and stayed well after closing to get the process completed. We will definitely use this dealership in the future. 8f ypu are in the market for an automobile definitely stop by! Ask for Gagan. You won't regret it! More
