I had my RAV4 in for service at Phillips Toyota yesterday. I’ve been in The Villages over 3 years and have been servicing my car there. While I was waiting I received a text message from their sale yesterday. I’ve been in The Villages over 3 years and have been servicing my car there. While I was waiting I received a text message from their sales dept if I was interested in trading my car in. They gave me a price range of what my car was worth. I responded with a figure that was higher and they accepted it. I met with Senior Sales Associate Shawn Ismani who made the process seamless. He was knowledgeable, polite, kind, listened to my needs and made the transaction happen. Shawn made this an overall fun experience. He turned me over to their financial manager Tom Pardo. Tom was such a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions. What a wonderful experience this was from start to finish. I am happy to be a part of the Phillips Toyota Family now. More

I came there to have my 2022 4runner serviced, while looking at new cars, I met George Bonafede, a salesman, he said my 2022 model had great value ane he could put me in a 2025 4runner and save me money looking at new cars, I met George Bonafede, a salesman, he said my 2022 model had great value ane he could put me in a 2025 4runner and save me money,after showing all the numbers, it was a no brainer, I bought an awesome new black 4runner SR5, George was amazing, no pressure, just gave me the facts and let me decide, Mr Pardo in finance was equally as good, explaining everything and making the process very simple, Phillips is a great dealer with awesome people working there.
