I had my RAV4 in for service at Phillips Toyota yesterday. I’ve been in The Villages over 3 years and have been servicing my car there. I responded with a figure that was higher and they accepted it. I met with Senior Sales Associate Shawn Ismani who made the process seamless. He was knowledgeable, polite, kind, listened to my needs and made the transaction happen. Shawn made this an overall fun experience. He turned me over to their financial manager Tom Pardo. Tom was such a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions. What a wonderful experience this was from start to finish.
