I told him exactly what I wanted which included rare all wheel drive. He gave me a no fuss , out the door price , and obtained maximum black book for my 2014 trade in. 2 days later he located the perfect car somewhere in Toyota SE Region, and made an inventory swap with another dealer. 5 days later I was proudly driving my new car. We agreed on a price/deal on Saturday and went back Sunday to do financing, etc. Sonny was ready for us and helped move things along - we were out in 1 1/2 hours. We had the expected upsell for an extended warranty but our "no" was respected after a couple of tried. The car could have been cleaned a bit better - nothing better than driving off the lot in a perfectly cleaned "new to you" car! More

Patience matters when you need to make a deal I contacted Phillips to do competitive pricing with another dealership on a used Prius. My initial contact person was Janene. Upon arrival, since she I contacted Phillips to do competitive pricing with another dealership on a used Prius. My initial contact person was Janene. Upon arrival, since she was working with another customer, she introduced me to Mark Roberts. Mark devoted a considerable amount of time (about 3-4 hours) with me showing me different used vehicles along with their features-very knowledgeable and informative. He gave me the pros and cons of the vehicles that I was interested. During my time with him, I found him to be a honest person. After completing the paperwork, Mark said that he would submit one for the car that I was interested in and for a new car to see what the financial institution says. My experience with some of the other dealerships have not been so positive. If you didn't make a decision on purchasing a vehicle when they wanted you too, they lost patience with you. Then their demeanor began to change. Mark never displayed these characteristics, nor was he a pushy salesperson. I like that he did not make me feel like I was wasting his time. After I purchased a new Prius, Mark spent time going over everything in the car before I left, which meant a great deal. This was my first time buying a car from Phillips and will be a repeat customer . More

Jamie met me outside the door & showed me the various Prius models. We did a test drive while Jamie explained the various features of the car. I was impressed by the improvements in the car since 2015, when I last took a test drive. Jamie was very knowledgeable. Once I'd decided which model to buy, Jamie took it from there. I didn't have to endure the usual dealership dance. The financing guy was also thorough and knowledgeable. It was a completely relaxing, easy process. More
