Best Car buying experience ever!! We had the pleasure of working with Steve Kerns and Chad Howell. The day of the actual purchase we met CHad and he finished the papers and had us out the door in under 2 hours, and I might add he was very patient with out "lil man" whom lovesssssss to talk!! . This was the BEST experience we have ever had and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat !! Oh and let us not forget Tom in finance .. He too was amazing!! Again not to go on and on but we are thrilled with the whole experience More

Keith covered everything I needed to know about the car walked around the car while I was on the phone answering questions for me. He had the car delivered the very next morning. It was perfect !! Excellent and fast service form Phillips Toyota! I had a strange problem with my 208 Prius, first with the aux battery dying, then after having it replaced, the instrument panel went out. The panel w I had a strange problem with my 208 Prius, first with the aux battery dying, then after having it replaced, the instrument panel went out. The panel went dark once I got home after having the battery replaced. Dave was kind enough to come out to my house the same day to check it out since I had just left the service center. I was very impressed with that! Over the course of a couple of days, he kept me informed and even got the car repaired faster than originally estimated. In previous trips to Toyota, I found their prices for repair lower than local service centers and with the car being Prius, I feel more confident taking it to technicians who are familiar with the car. Phillips Toyota gets 5 stars from me and I will always bring my car back there for service. More
