It is a pleasent experience at your Sevice Dept. My 2013 Avalon is my second one plus a 2004 Tundra P/U.my Husband has. Our first experience was with Dave Newton. Since then we have met some of Phillips service staff.when we bring our vehicles in for service. Names we look for on arrival, Tonya, Rhonda, Sam, Mark and Scott. Last but not lease David Newton. It is an extream pleasure to have our vehicles serviced at Phillips Toyota Service Department. More

Friendly, fast, and dependable. Ronda is a very valuable asset to the company, and she keeps the line moving, partly by going over your requests, and adding things that you might not Ronda is a very valuable asset to the company, and she keeps the line moving, partly by going over your requests, and adding things that you might not be aware of. She always checks to see if there is a recall, so you never have to fear one was missed. I had/have a situation with my radio, the navigation ceases to work, the screen goes black, and it freezes. She looked in to this and had a qualified person speak with me to aid in the resolution of this problem. He stated he had gone to the extent of his knowledge, and would inquire further from TOYOTA itself. He stated he would contact me in the next 7 to 10 days, as soon as he heard from Toyota. I have used the navigation since, and again run into the same situation. BOTH of these people did all they could to determine the problem, and to fix it. More
