Best Service and Fair Prices I got my 2013 Tacoma a Radiator and Coolant Flush and refill today. Got the OEM Pink Super Long Life Coolant replaced and Coolant Treatment added . Price was very fair with all OEM by Toyota Trained Techs and done RIGHT !Will Cribb was very Polite,and helpful,did a GREAT job and got my truck pampered and done with all Toyota Super Long Life Coolant. Feel safe and sound of mind! Phillips takes care of us Toyota Customers ,been going there for years since 2013 and sent My Daughter and her Husband there this year and they bought a 2019 RAV 4 Limited and a 2019 Corrola Limeted too! Worst service department Easily the worst service department in the history of car dealers. I have owned many cars and I would rate Burger King service superior. They can’t be Easily the worst service department in the history of car dealers. I have owned many cars and I would rate Burger King service superior. They can’t be bothered to make sure the information they tell you is correct. I end up having to work hard to make sure the service/recalls are performed. It like you are a bother to them. Although we have one vehicle from Toyota I am glad we didn’t buy again. More

Worst dealership ever This dealership could careless about you. I’ve taken my car here to get serviced multiple times and they tell you deals that don’t apply, make you pay This dealership could careless about you. I’ve taken my car here to get serviced multiple times and they tell you deals that don’t apply, make you pay for parts up front and never call you when they come in. They also never apologize or care when you have a complaint, actually they hang up on you. By far the worst customer service at any dealership. More

From service to purchasing a new Highlander I was very impressed with the friendly staff starting with the people upon entering the service area to the sales staff. We only were there to have co I was very impressed with the friendly staff starting with the people upon entering the service area to the sales staff. We only were there to have complimentary work done on my RAV4 and after my asking Wes Tabor for a price on a used Highlander, he came back with info pertaining to that used Highlander. After some discussion we decided that it did not have the options we wanted. Wes then came back with a very attractive price and trade allowance on a new Highlander and now it sits in our carport! This is my 9th Toyota since 1986 and I am quite confident this one will be just as reliable and comfortable as all the others. More

lied to i received a e-mail with service coupons and saw 4 wheel alignment for 69.95. 70 bucks. more details said plus tax so 70*7% = 5 or 75 bucks. i call i received a e-mail with service coupons and saw 4 wheel alignment for 69.95. 70 bucks. more details said plus tax so 70*7% = 5 or 75 bucks. i called to make an appointment and verify there would be no additional charges and was told no. there is no shop or hazardous waste for this so the 75 should be correct. well after wasting my time and gas to get there i'm told the total cost would be 130 bucks. i did not ask why because i do not like being lied to so i said no thanks and came home. now i do not care what it cost somewhere else i will not call this place again and waste my time.
