I stopped at Pine Belt the day before Christmas to look at a new Chevy Tahoe. Thinking that on that day there would be no crowds and a good chance to check out the Tahoe.As I entered the dealership I was g at a new Chevy Tahoe. Thinking that on that day there would be no crowds and a good chance to check out the Tahoe.As I entered the dealership I was greeted by the biggest smile and that was when I met Lindsey.I told her that I had found a Tahoe on their Web site and I would like to see how it looked.It turned out it was in the showroom with a lot of extras added by the dealership and I felt more then I was willing to pay.Lindsey found another vehicle in there lot and had me take it home so my wife could look at it.She was not crazy about the color so I went back and told Lindsey and she said what about the first one you looked at.I said it was more then I was thinking about because of the price.She brings me a cup of coffee and says let me see what I can do.She came out with a price that shocked me.She then gave me the keys and said go show it to your wife.I took it home and my wife loved it and I thought it was perfect.When I got back to the dealership and told Lindsey we had a deal.I thought that we would wait till the following week to do the paper work but she got everybody to help out.They took everything from my other car and put it in the new one.She got all the paper work done so that I could take the Tahoe home that day and finish the financial end the following week.She made sure that I left there with what I wanted at the price I wanted.The following week I came back to finish with the payment and had a message on the Tahoe about the tire pressure.Lindsey took me right to the service department to make the adjustment.I wish that everybody could have a salesperson like Lindsey Mulrain to make buying a car such a easy process. I came in looking for an Equinox,and left with a top of the line Traverse! It was an interesting journey, and I had a really patient Guide, Ryan Concord. I called first and was told that he was the Sal the line Traverse! It was an interesting journey, and I had a really patient Guide, Ryan Concord. I called first and was told that he was the Sales Person I was going to see. So, I came in early and looked at the Equinox on my own, sat in it read some of the manual etc....Pine Belt has a wonderful dealership, they have a lot of vehicles to sit in and unlike a lot of dealershipes, all the batteries on the cars were charged!I could move the power seats and get them adjusted to I could see if the car would be comfortable for me. I am both tall and heavy. Then Ryan took me out in both the 4 cyclinder and the 6 cylinder models. They both drove very nicely, but after my Honda Element, the Equinox seemed too small to me. So, I decided to look into the Traverse. It was just amazing! Like driving a luxury car, only higher off the ground, I fell in love immediately. But of course, it was a lot more expensive. First I settled on a 1LT but it didn't have a sun roof, so Ryan said they would install one. Then we had another big snow storm, and that made me rethink my choice and I asked Ryan, could I change to an All Wheel Drive Traverse? The one I had picked had been Front Wheel Drive. And he said sure and he worked very hard with me to find a way for us to be able to afford the beautiful Red Jewel 2LT Traverse with all wheel drive! He was awesome and everyone there was friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a really GOOD experience, and Ryan was wonderful to work with. More

He was right, after the negotiation process concluded he courteously helped unload my old vehicle while the new one was being prepped. Tom's manager, Mike Melendy was very courteous and friendly as well. I definitely felt that customer attentiveness and providing a pleasurable car buying experience was more important than " just another customer, get 'em in & out". Tom fully understood where I'm coming from as an Internet user that values time (the dealership and mine). Very accommodating and thorough in walking us through the "nox" features; outlined the GM Rebates and other offers that we were qualified for; explained post sale service at the dealership; answered some questions that I posed; Tom was very helpful and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. The purchase decision was made easy by the knowledge that I was getting a better deal and respectable treatment from Pine Belt Chevrolet of Lakewood through Tom & Ephraim than what I could potentially get from other dealerships. Just over 2 hours from start to finish, i.e. vehicle walkthrough, test drive, Q&A, price negotiation, paperwork, documentation, financing, etc. & driving out with the brand new "nox" was not too bad :-) More

From the moment I walked in until the time I left, Carrie made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Basically, she treated me as a PERSON first & foremost, and NOT just a customer. And I truly appreciate that. My credit isn't the WORST but it's also not the best. I honestly would've been happy with ANY half-way decent car but thankfully, Carrie managed to get me approved for one of the vehicles I really was interested in. The HHR!! I went to visit Pine Belt Chevrolet on Jan. 21 to view a certain truck color I had seen online. I was aproached by Mr Elyea who arranged to have the vehicle brought to the front of the building.I didnt like certain truck color I had seen online. Im divorced and was with my daughter who was visiting for the weekend. I told Mr Elyea I had made a commitment to take her shoping to buy her an Itouch. He wasnt pushy, I told him Id be back the following day. Upon arriving the next morning I saw a steel green chev. pickup truck parked outside. After walking the lot looking over the inventory, I decided on the steel green truck as a potential purchase. Mr Elyea informed me that the current rebates and incentives were the best they have been in many years. He showed on paper all the options I had, as far as combining offers. I saved over $7000.00 on these alone. It was too good to pass up. Afterward I noticed a discrepancy on the financing. Mr Elyea had given me his cell phone number. I left him a message on Sun. Jan 23. I feared that I would have a problem (based on bad things you hear about dealers).But to my surprise Mr Elyea and Mr Anthony Paperella (finance specialist) put all my fears to rest.We met Mon. 24th, and in less than an hour I was on my way.
