We brought our 2002 Chevy Blazer to the service dept at Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 picku Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 pickup (which is still going strong, but...). We had purchased a 2009 Cobalt for our daughter--Guy Gilbert was our salesman then so we looked for him because he also helped us to refinance the cobalt 2 years ago saving us some money. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Cruze Eco which is what my son bought last year and has been very happy with! Guy was very helpful answering our questions and setting up the Onstar system for us. The warranty plan is great and will give us peace of mind. We have been only dealing with Pinebelt for the passed 28 years; my first used car was from Pinebelt in 1983 and we have referred friends and family there because we have always had good experiences with the Service Dept too. We had a wonderful experience with the purchase of our Chevy Malibu. We contacted Ryan with our preferences, and explained to him that we were unsure of which 2 vehicles we were going to trade in for the Chevy Malibu. We contacted Ryan with our preferences, and explained to him that we were unsure of which 2 vehicles we were going to trade in for the purchase of this vehicle. Ryan offered to provide us with several options of OTD scenarios, without so much of second thought. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle, and he provided me with a vehicle for test drive, at my convenience. We had literally only one concern wit the test drive, wherein Ryan provided us with an alternate, exact replica of the vehicle we were interested in, so we could ease our concerns. My delay in completing this survey was because my deal was not completed in it's entirety, as I was called be the dealership to inform me that my registration was in and could pick it up at my convenience. I called Ryan and he told me to come in at any time, and when I arrived he personally met me and actually put the plates on my new car. We were more than satisfied with our buying experience and are very happy with our new car. It would be my pleasure to recommend Pine Belt Chevy and Ryan Concord to all my friends and family!!! More
