Ryan Concord was top shelf. Never once did I feel like I was the next customer on his list. In fact, Ryan went out of his way to make me feel like I was the only person he was dealing with. He heard a noise and made sure the service department check it thoroughly. He noticed water in the tail lights and went to the extra effort to have them replaced as well. What I appreciated most was the fact that Ryan did not use what I call: Dealer spiel. I didn't feel like he was saying anything necessary to get me to buy the car. He answered questions thoroughly. We came in to look for a used work van for my husband. Guy greeted us as we walked up and was very pleasant. I didn't feel like we were being attacked as I usually do when shopping somewhere with lots of Guy greeted us as we walked up and was very pleasant. Answered all of our questions and was extremely pleasant and quiet. I never felt anxious or pressured by him which is how most sales people make me feel. Mike Melendy was also very helpful. While looking in the van my husband discovered there was water in the back of the van under the mat, it was soaked. We told Mike and when he came out to look at it I really expected him to say "that was from when they cleaned out the truck, they hose it down". But he didn't say that. I actually said it and he didn't agree with me....I was shocked. (pleasantly) He said, I don't know where it came from, there must be a leak somewhere. I don't want you to buy it if we don't know where the water is coming from, that wouldn't be right. If you think you are still intereseted, let me see if we can do some leak testing on it and take it from there. We had been ready to purchase the van but due to the water we held off. When we left we felt bad leaving without buying it because Guy had spent several hours with us and was just so pleasant and accomodating. We were also just so impressed by how Mike handled the situation with the water. Mike was able to get the van leak tested the next morning, the leak was found and fixed and we bought the van that night. You have two great employees in these gentlemen. I have already posted on Facebook what a great experience we had with your dealership and these two men. I will recommend, without hesitation, them and your dealership to anyone looking for a car.
