My father in law bought a car 2 months ago from Pinebelt and had such a great experience that when it became time for Me and my husband to get our new car there was no other place we were going to. Lindsey is a very sweet and personable person and did not pressure us at all. We had a certain budget that we could not compromise on she knew that and understood and was able to help use get the deal we needed. She knows her stuff and did a great job explaining to me all the features of the vehicle during the test drive. I would recommend her to everyone. Pinebelt had a very nice aptmosphere and everyone you come into contact with is very nice. The only issue we had was the long time it took to get into finance it seem to take forever to get into there. I am looking foward to enjoying my new 2012 Equinox for a long time. More

Considering this was my first time buying a used car from a dealership, I was very nervous. But, Paul was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made me feel at ease during the whole experience. E a dealership, I was very nervous. I decided to explore the remote possibility of another car and Pine Belt, Lakewood was the only dealer that responded almost immediatly. Kristen Anderson was very persistent, despite my hesitancy and so I finally made an appointment. In a word, my experience was fantastic. Upon arriving at the dealership a salesperson introduced me to Jeff, who in true military style, graciously directed me to Guy whose knowledge and willingness to help me was totally a positive experience. I admire Jeff's ability to present a situation straight forward with the motivation to help, ang Guy's professionalism in covering all bases. In the end, Jeff and Guy were able to make a deal with me, which I thought would not be possible. They put me in a beautiful car with a payment I can afford, which will not only give me a reliable and and well appointed ride but also affords me the opportunity to redeem my financial credibility, or as Jeff puts it, my "portfolio". In addition, this also gives me the opportunity to experience, once again, a Chevrolet. At age 17 I learned to drive on a 1960 Chevy Biscayne,manual transmission,shift on the column. In most of my adult life I have purchased Toyotas, the cars I was happy with, but the process of purchasing them was in no way, shape or form even close to my experience with Jeff and Guy, at Pine Belt. I intend to remain in contact with Guy throughout this contract, to review my progress andmy experience with this Impala, as I have my eye on an Equinox in the future. Just purchased a new Equinox from Mark. Mark runs around until he finds exactly what you want. We even took the car home to make sure it fit in the garage.
