I can't say how much the Service Advisor Andy Favata went out of his was to help me with the purchase of this vehicle. He contacted the sales agent and did his best to helped me with my decision on whether out of his was to help me with the purchase of this vehicle. He contacted the sales agent and did his best to helped me with my decision on whether to keep my older vehicle, which needed some work, or to persue the pruchasing of a replacement vehcile. He provided me a loner car while the technicians were diagnoising my car. The sales rep, Ryan Concord was also very helpful, no pressure. He advised me of my options. However, when I went to finance, I noticed a charge for 'window etching' was on my contract. I had not asked for window etching. I was told by the finance person that I should have been advised of this added expense by my saleman. This same thing happened to me when I purchased my last vehicle at Pine Belt. I was able to finally recover the money thanks to the help of the manager in charge. I think since this happned twice to me the dealership should open up the lines of communication between sales and finance. I have purchased aboudt 6 vehicles from Pine Belt. They are honest and accommodating but check the paperwork at the end. More
