I have dealt with pine belt and purchased 2 cars from Ryan Concord over the past three years. From the moment I met Ryan, there was an honesty, sincerity and sense of respect portrayed to myself. Ryan took the time to go through all aspects, even went to another Chevy dealership 35 minutes away to pick up a car that i thought I wanted to try. Needless to say, I ended up buying a different car but to take the time to go there and bring it to Lakewood...that was a step above what he had to do. Ryan took the time to explain everything in terms that i understood..answered all questions and i even understood what he was saying. I feel that he was honest when it came to certain things that another salesman would just say..get this and that.He presents the type of sincerity that pine belt should be proud to have him working for them. When I bought my latest Chevy Cruz ltz...I went in with the idea of buying an suv. He was so patient with me through the entire process as I changed my mind.
