We were given a salesperson who was not helpful after the purchase. She was uncooperative as she did not meet our needs. The manager did not return our calls, although Stephen did respond in an affirmative m purchase. She was uncooperative as she did not meet our needs. Our service tech did not respond to emergency calls whe my wife’s garage did not open after he tried to connect my car to the door. I had to pay a handyman to complete the job.
