Completely unconsidered, aggersive, and outright rude! Had an appointment scheduled to see a used car. They called me phone about four to five times two hours before my scheduled appointment. Even after I Had an appointment scheduled to see a used car. They called me phone about four to five times two hours before my scheduled appointment. Even after I advised them that I am a nightshift worker and disturbed my sleep routine. The manager Bob was very aggressive trying to get me to commit to filling out credit paperwork before coming into the dealer even after I advised them I was preapproved by my bank. In addition Bob wanted me to agree to the price of the vehicle set by the dealer without negotiations. When I told him the price I was thinking of along the line Bob outright told me he wasn't selling the car for that price and hung the phone up on me (in a very nasty tone). I see now why many of my friends cautioned me against purchasing a vehicle from Planet Honda. I thought the were just being critical but they were right! Wouldn't recommend! More

I been doing business with this dealer for years. I was looking to trade in my civic. Offered me 2000 less then other dealership.
