Be careful of add-ons I helped my son buy a used car for his wife. We checked out several Honda CR-Vs at different places and settled on a nice one at Planet Honda. We did not dicker on price because we thought it was reasonable price. However, they tacked on a $700 surcharge for "work" that they put into the car such as pinstriping and getting it ready for sale. They also tacked on another $125 dollars for putting nitrogen in the tires. Supposed to keep tires from leaking and losing pressure. You get a one year warranty on that. I usually don't buy these stupid upsells. Anyway, as we were leaving with the car, Freddy hands us one key fob and said he was sorry that they only had one because that was all they got from the former owner. That's when I lost it. I told Freddy (who might have been selling his first car at PH) to get me another one NOW and I wasn't leaving until I got it. He went away to see Jaime the boss for used car sales. And about 20 minutes later, I got the second fob. On reflection, I should have left when they told me about the $700 charge and the nitrogen in the tires. So, buyer beware!! More

Worst experience in my car buying history I went in to test drive a vehicle and also get a trade in value of my current vehicle . While I was doing the test drive they traded my car without my I went in to test drive a vehicle and also get a trade in value of my current vehicle . While I was doing the test drive they traded my car without my consent then have the nerve to tell me they can’t reverse it because it’s already process in the system . After hours of going back and forth I was forced to get into car which I leased . They went over the paperwork and contract and then behind my back the added a brunch of extra stuff Again that I didn’t not consent to to raise the payment value. When I went home and realized that this wasn’t the contract I signed I went back there the same day . The finance manager reviewed the contract with admitted that somebody on their end messed up , but even thought they admitted fault I was by Francisco Garay that I’m out of luck . They refused to correct the error that they did even though i returned a few hours after picking up vehicle . I am currently taking legal action . I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy . More
