rudest person i have met Mr. Eddie is a very rude person that has no honor and does not take responsibility for his mistakes. He took flyers that included special discounts mailed to us from different honda dealers as my family has 3 cars from garden state honda and tore those flyers up and would not give them back to us. i'm still in sock of what happened and I would not recommend this dealership. I hope he gets fired. this person is sick in his mind. why would he tare our papers. he could have simply said no, no deal and that's it but to tare someone's papers and not appoligize for doing so, is just plain rude and dishonor. Sales associat My experience at Planet Honda in Union, NJ was amazing. The staff was eager to help and most importantly caring towards one's interest. Sales associate Jorge Silva went above and beyond to help me meet my financial car note expectations. He presented realistic numbers for cars in the higher trim and patiently navigated through the lots inventory to help me find the model of my interest. Most experiences I've had in the passed, some sales associates would try to pressure me aggressively into buying a vehicle I didn't want in order to benefit their selfish commission. In the end, I would lose my cool and walk the xxxx out, pissed off at the fact they had ultimately wasted my time. Craziest part of all, the sales person would show the audacity to make themselves the victim of the wasted time. MAJOR MIDDLE FINGERS TO THOSE GUYS WHO THINK THATS HOW YOU GET A SALE DONE... Jorge Silva on the other hand was family oriented and respected the idea of space I needed for my family. He was humble yet professional with his negotiation and made dealing with the business end a breeze after I explained my car note budget. Jorge, if you ever see this..THANK YOU.
