Mislead customer and team of liars Salesman Mohamed checked my credit and confirmed that i was approved based on monthly payment that we agree upon. He gave me the key & the car (Honda CR-V EX) with temporary plates. The next day, Planet Honda called and asked me to come in because i did not sign the contract. I told the called that i am away and cannot make before the following week. Then I had got more than 5 calls from this dealership harassing to return the car because i did not sign the contract. My husband called the manager to express the lack of professionalism of this dealership. The salesman called back and vaguely apologized and begged that we go back in to sign the contract. We went back with the car and they told us that i was not approved for this deal ($350/mo). and i need to sign a new deal of $469/mo because of my credit. We gave them back the car and the key and walk away. We will never go back to Planet Honda nor will recommend PLANET HONDA (Bunch of liars) to anyone... More

I walked in very skeptical and walked out a customer for life. Anthony Garibito and the entire team were great. The place is neat and clean and the employees friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they didn't try to rip me off or give me some ridiculous pricing. They were fair and honest, which in this day and age is very hard to find. Well done Planet Honda, it is no wonder you are #4 in the US in sales! More
Made an appointment, car wasn't there! I am very well aware of how dealerships work, however if I make an appointment to see a particular car, I expect it to be at the dealership. I spoke with Katrina from the BDC to make an appointment to see a Honda Pilot Elite. I discussed with her that I would be traveling from New York with my toddler and did not want to play games. I was coming for a specific car and wanted things to go smoothly. This is the reason that I called prior to going and discussed all the questions I had with her to ensure a smooth process, that did NOT happen. Upon arrival the salesman Aladdin took care of us. When he went to go get the car for us to see he found out that a manager had it at home as a demo car. I am aware of the fact that managers take cars home as demo cars, however when you make an appointment to see a specific car you expect it to be at the dealership during your appointment time. They were not ver apologetic about the fact that the car wasn't there, and would not be there for another 2 hours! They basically said it is what it is and there is nothing they could do about it. The lack of communication between the used cars and the BDC is terrible! Also, when I spoke to Katrina on the phone I explained that we would be financing through our credit union and asked if they were affiliated with them and if we could take care of that process at the dealership and she said yes. When we arrived and I asked Aladdin if that was possible he said absolutely not! I understand their job is to get customers in, but deceiving them is not the way to do it! More
