Planet Honda Service Department Setting up the service appointment was easy and the phone rep was friendly. There were plenty of reminders to ensure that I did not forget the appoint Setting up the service appointment was easy and the phone rep was friendly. There were plenty of reminders to ensure that I did not forget the appointment. Initial check in as soon as I drove up was friendly and thorough. Service Advisor Daniel Boyan asked all the right questions to ensure all work was completed. The Uber service provided to get to my work and back to the dealership when my car was ready is such a wonderful improvement over waiting for a shuttle and driving all over town dropping off or picking up other customers before getting to my work. All the work on my car was completed to my satisfaction. The price is what I would expect to pay at a dealership, no unpleasant surprises and the Service Advisor gave me an accurate estimate ahead of time. I would recommend Planet Honda Service to anyone! More
