Horrible Service I bought a certified pre owned 2015 Civic from Planet Honda with every warranty and service agreement you could get. After having the car for 7 weeks I bought a certified pre owned 2015 Civic from Planet Honda with every warranty and service agreement you could get. After having the car for 7 weeks i noticed my trans was slipping, it progressively got worse throughout the day. I had to have it towed to my Honda dealer (Hackettstown Honda) for service. The problem was a loose washer on the transmission oil pressure sensor. The loose bolt cause oil to leak out of the tank and burn up. According to Carfax, all services were performed at Planet Honda, My Honda serviceman explained to me that this was not a common problem and that it was not inspected properly or at all. A loose washer is costing me $250 and Planet Honda doesn't want to make it right. Would not recommend this dealership. More

I’m so ready to leave Honda. I can’t wait until my lease is over there is always an issue at Honda. I had two separate claims, it took over a week for me to get my car from the bo I can’t wait until my lease is over there is always an issue at Honda. I had two separate claims, it took over a week for me to get my car from the body shop and when I did I had to inform them that they only handled one of the claims. This was even though I called previous to confirm they received both. I wondered what they did with my car for the whole week I didn’t have it. Then when asked to check my tire because the check tire light was on, they brought my car back and I knew it wasn’t checked, they simply reset it so the light would no longer be on. After insisting he actually check the tire not just reset the light on the dash, they found a nail. Silly young woman what could I have known right? I am so tired of Honda from the service to the body shop they are always trying to get over at the route 22 location. More
