Great Experience I really enjoyed my experience at Planet Honda. I hade Francis Duah as my sales person and he was excellent. I came in wanting a white Honda HRV EX, b I really enjoyed my experience at Planet Honda. I hade Francis Duah as my sales person and he was excellent. I came in wanting a white Honda HRV EX, but it was unavailable at the time. Francis made it possible to get the car in by the end of the month, which was perfect. He gave updates on the vehicle and made the whole process of buying a vehicle stress-free. He's a great salesman that really worked hard to satisfy all the things I was looking for. I highly recommend Planet Honda and Francis Duah for your future car purchase! More

Total Service I went to Planet to do regular maintenance and was asked if there are any issue with the car. Overall the experience exceeded my expectations especially for a busy highway dealership. I was surprised to learn that you don't offer loaner cars (I didn't need one anyway) but Honda's don't break down so I doubt I'll need one anyway, lol. My only other observation would be that there should be some sort of free snacks instead of that food cafe (the coffee is terrible there). Maybe a popcorn machine, cookies or granola bars, something. That's my two cents More
