Bought a car from Honda Planet with new front brakes I bought a car in July which included new front brakes. 7 months later when I went in for service they told me the brakes needed to be replaced. And I bought a car in July which included new front brakes. 7 months later when I went in for service they told me the brakes needed to be replaced. And it was not covered under warrantee. They said the rotors were only resurfaced and wore down the pads. But they did the rotor surfacing in the first place. They charged me for a courtesy car (which smelled like smoke) since it would take longer than I expected to evaluate the situation. How can they do the work in the first place and 7 months later try to get me to buy new brakes? While the service manager was polite, I feel like I was being taken. More

Great sales person until you go into the finance office. Purchased a Clarity there, had a great sales guy Francis who was just top notch and very helpful. Once we went into the finance office to sign, the guy there tries to upsell you on everything and anything and thats where it was a downward spiral. All these warranties, accessories that I said no to ended up being named called and idiot and "you are not a very smart guy", "you are so stupid if you dont buy this warranty" and so on. It got to the point where they had 3 guys come in and corner you in a small office to buy this and that and my instinct at that time was to say, screw you all I am leaving and no deal and thats when they backed off. Be warned that once you are in the finance office to sign your deal, make sure they dont pressure you and name call if you dont sign, if that happens, walk away. You should be treated with respect and if they want a great review and business, they better listen to customers and what they want and not stress and bully them into warranties if you dont want it. However, it was not honest with me in its offer regarding what I should pay for leasi Planet Honda is providing an excellent service to its customers. However, it was not honest with me in its offer regarding what I should pay for leasing a car of Honda Accord EX 2018. The customer service giving me an offer of paying 0 deposit & $299 each month for 39 months. But, when I visited them, they told me that there are other fees should be paid including Tax, Registration, and Bank Fees. Accordingly, the monthly payments for this car will be $342 for 39 months!!! This means that the total amount which should be paid for lease after 39 months will be equal to $13,338 (49% of the total price of the care) which is considered so much. Really, I am not happy with this lack of clarity and transparency from the start. More

I didn't need to be sold on the vehicle since this is my fifth Honda, and the salesman didn't waste my time in I came to Planet Honda to buy a Honda. I didn't need to be sold on the vehicle since this is my fifth Honda, and the salesman didn't waste my time in this respect. The salesman, Mr. Talarico, was very polite and displayed excellent knowledge of the car. I felt absolutely no pressure. I told him what I wanted and he produced the car at an agreed price. Case closed. Four years ago this process wasn't so pleasant and I almost walked out because of the excessive time. It took almost five hours which I didn't understand. Both transactions {this and four years ago) were essentially identical. Both were cash sales with a trade in. This time the process took less than half that time which is a huge plus for me. Overall. great job Planet Honda. More
