Extra ordinary. I heard people comes from tristate to buy a car from planet.I looked around other dealers for buying honda CR-V as I can not trust anybody.After my on I heard people comes from tristate to buy a car from planet.I looked around other dealers for buying honda CR-V as I can not trust anybody.After my one week search and survey ,I selected planet Honda and realised that it was true what people said about planet honda.I got a great deal,extra ordienary customer service and fully satisfection with proffesional way.Everything straight forward,no hidden things behind .The staff was very helpful.I remembered it was almost closing time 9.00 pm.Nicholas was great sales person ,he took care of each and every small things and even after closing,he was with us till 10.30pm. he gaves the answer with passion and in good manner.We were fully satisfied with his service.Nobody beat planet honda for sure like that nobody beat Nicholas extra ordinary customer service.😊👍Thanks Nick and thanks planet honda More

The moment I stepped into Planet Honda, I got a great attention from the representatives. This made me feel that I am valued... which was not the case at other dealerships. Moreover, the rate that I was given was very impressive. And with-in 15 minutes I decided that even if the other dealership is giving me slightly better rates I would still want to go with Planet Honda because I can expect the same services as their customer as well. This is what matters to me the most! And fortunately, no other dealer could even match the price that was offered to me by Planet. So, it was a great experience form all perspectives. Very communicative not just about the needed maintenance but also that the car was in excellent shape overall and that we should be able to get close to another 100,000 miles on it.
