I could tell pretty quickly that our salesperson, Peter, was knowledgable about the cars we wanted, including warranty, options, pricing, terms & conditions, trade-in, credit, etc. Peter made my wife and I feel very comfortable.....and we were negotiating for several hours. We left that day smiling and excited with our new Accord and Pilot. I am still pleased and expect to be for years to come. They welcomed me in a friendly manner that gathered the needed information to begin the service process. The associates within the service center walked me through the services needed, answering all of my questions. They reviewed all costs, and once the car moved into the repair process, the associates directed me to a comfortable customer wait area with a voucher for coffee from their breakfast/lunch services. I was updated on the status of the service personally, and when the work was completed, the service associate reviewed what was done.
