However, this place has been unlike all the other Honda dealerships I've seen. I had someone greet me right in the parking lot, before I even got into the building. At some points, I felt as though I was the crazy client with so many questions and requests, yet Amir was able to help me out with all of them. He went out of his way to set me up with a great car that was exactly how I wanted, and even went beyond my expectations by adding in a few bonuses on delivery (without me even asking). When my car was ready to be picked up, he even came in to work on his day off to make sure that I got my car as quickly as possible! And Levie was a great finance manager. It was my first time financing a car, so I also had a lot of questions in this department, and he was so patient and honest with everything. He took his time to explain every last detail to me, making sure everything was perfect. Overall, I had a great experience here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the future. When I asked to sit inside a CRV, the salesman didn't even want to go fetch a set of keys. His coworker suggested I climb up on the big rock where one CRV was parked saying that those doors were open. He wasn't joking. If I were a sales manager, these guys would be gone instantly. It wasn't even a cold night out. But anyway, the Hyundai Tucson next door looked really nice on the inside!! Their guy greeted me and walked to the back lot and pulled up the car for me. Imagine that! A car salesman trying to sell me a car!! More

Anthony was very patient and respectful toward my parents and answered all my questions throughout the process. I appreciated that Anthony showed courtesy and professionalism. Walking into a car dealership requires stamina, since one expects to be automatically assaulted by the screaming, overzealous, jumpy salesperson in a bad suit and a loud tie we all see on the TV commercials that make us cringe - so opening a door to a car dealership is an act of bravery of sorts. Don't do it if you aren't feeling too well, lol! That was not the case with us however! We came in on Saturday, and talked with Anthony. It was a conversation rather than a sales push. We weren't sure so we we decided to come back on Monday. My parents drove away in a brand new Honda that evening - Anthony was the opposite of what I described above. I appreciate the attention and the help. He also helped me with several details after the purchase and I received an immediate response to my request for help. Overall, excellent! More
