Worst Dealer Ever Horrible, horrible experience. I walked in with my 15 month old son and wife. I was in to purchase a car and told them that i did not want financi Horrible, horrible experience. I walked in with my 15 month old son and wife. I was in to purchase a car and told them that i did not want financing and was almost ready to purchase if got a good deal and am a reasonable person. Not only they did not greet us well, we had wait for a long time in the wind and cold outside till he found the car keys, he got wrong car keys 2-3 times never offering us to sit inside till they found one. Also, when i said i liked the car and was ready to test drive, he said 'hold hold' we cannot allow you, there is a whole lot procedure before you can even touch the car. He was super rude and kept bragging that we are the No. 1 Dealer in NJ and we have so many cars in our lot. When we went in to complete the 'procedure' he comes and tells me i cannot drive it since the car's insurance and my license did not permit me to drive. That is the lamest thing i have ever heard. They did not even offer a chair to sit, we had grad one of our own from a different place to sit. They dont have any courtesy for kids or mothers or anyone. Worst place ever. NEVER VISIT, AVOID. Try another Honda Dealer - about 15 minute drive from there. More

Planet Honda and Josh treated me with respect, and really made the process smooth all the way through the process of finding the "right" vehicle, negotiating the price, working with finance, and the of course delivering the vehicle that my family and I wanted at the price we felt was fair. The entire process was efficient, and clear. This was my first dealing with the Planet Honda dealership, but not my first Honda, and I left in the new SUV feeling satisfied with my purchase, and was happy that Josh Webster was able to assist in getting my family the right vehicle. I look forward to working with Josh again when my second needs to be replaced, or the lease on this Pilot runs it's course ! More
