My day started off bad, but I was assured that it would soon turn around. I explained that my daughter was in school and needed to be picked up by a certain time and again, I was assured I would be done in time to get her. Not only did I get the vehicle of my choice, I was consistently being checked on throughout the waiting process. I was even told a few jokes to help cheer me up bc I was a little down. I received all around great customer service. Kristin and Stephen could have only been focused on the sale, but they also took it a step further and did the best at cheering me up!
