From the beginning to end Tim took very good care of us. My daughter Jane owns a 2008 Honda Accord and I bought the white 2dr Honda Accord 2014. Dishonest at best. Salesman don't know features of car. They do not honor their own internet pricing - so if you receive a quote from them on emails, do not believe it. I did and had to waste 2 hours car. They do not honor their own internet pricing - so if you receive a quote from them on emails, do not believe it. I did and had to waste 2 hours of my time only to realize that it was a step to pull me in dealership and then readjust the price. Their experience package, which is mandatory at $695 price can be configured on Honda's own site for as little as $140. Think about the ripoff. Bottomline, if you still end up at their dealership, tell them you are their to get price at the internet quote and you would only pay for tax, title and motor vehicle fee. The only other fee is dealer documentation fee which should be about $299-$399. If they stick more prices on top of it such as destination fee, experience package fee - you know its time to walk out of their dealership and save your time Hope this was helpful. More

I went in to Planet Honda in April , in my mind I was thinking" there is no way I am going to get a new car", my credit score was low and I had visited another dealership about six months earlier and wa thinking" there is no way I am going to get a new car", my credit score was low and I had visited another dealership about six months earlier and was turned down for the loan.I am currently driving a 2013 Honda Accord Thanks to Anthony Hartley. When I reported to Honda for my appointment to address my lease (where opted to purchase my vehicle) Ms Shans directed me to Danny Boye who continued the excellent service. Mr. Boye presented a no pressure environment making sure that I was comfortable every step of the finance process. I came to Planet Hon If you go to Planet Honda, ask for Frankie! My friend referred me to Frankie after she financed her Honda 2013 Civic with him. I came to Planet Honda with an internet price for the same car that was offered by the Internet Sales Person at Planet Honda on Edmunds.com. Frankie honored the internet price 100%... Why did I go to Frankie and not the Internet Sales person? Well I had originally disregarded the internet price after I read some reviews of the dealership online that said internet pricing was completely useless and how some customers had found themselves with fees piled onto the Price which increased the final cost. But my friend had such a great experience with Frankie financing her car that even though I wasn't looking to finance, I decided to give it a shot with Frankie. It took about 5 seconds for Frankie to look at the print out with the internet deal and say yes. Simple as that! No extra packages or fees; just the price, paperwork, etc, and "where do I sign?". Frankie was polite, warm, and courteous from my first phone call to schedule the meeting to when I came in and we talked at his desk. He gave me some extra options to consider for the car, and I declined and there was no pushback. He treated me with respect and kindness, and was very professional, seemlessly taking care of all the logistics from start to finish of the process. He was always attentive in answering my questions and even threw in a year of maintenance service to the deal. Getting my new Honda 2013 Civic through Frankie was such a simple and pleasant experience and I couldn't have asked for more. More
