We were surprised to see how busy it was and we didn't see anyone available to help us so we walked out to the parking lot to look at the cars outside. That's when Franko Talarico approached us. At first I thought he was a mechanic and I looked at my husband apprehensively. Then he asked where we were from and when we told him his face lit up and said he was born and raised there. We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was very honest and upfront about what we were dealing with. He was not just trying to make a sale, he was also making sure that it was what's best for us. He was helping us get the car we wanted AND afford the payments without the gimmicks. But it wasn't just him, Mr. Wang and Delio helped us too. I was particularly impressed with what Delio said as he tried to find the best financing for us, he said that at Planet Honda, they want their customers to have not just a good buying experience but a great ownership experience as well. He said Planet Honda takes care of their family and once you are a customer, you're family.
