Firstly i would like to say that it what made this the worst day is because the news that I find out going along after my purchase. Overall dissatisfaction with the car was basically that its costing $656 a month for a leased vehicle. But that's not the only thing so after numerous attempts of trying to give the car back before I started driving it I was promised to come back in 4 months and he'd put me into something different thats lower in payments by Mr.Morris whom stated "I don't sells cars I sell referrals" guess it suppose to be a customer satisfaction statement. Of course I asked for it in writing that was a no also. Few months elapse I begin to coop with my payments for a vehicle that's not worth $656 a month and here comes another surprise which Mr.Morris, Mr.Hartley whom added the car to my insurance with the Geico rep on the phone, and Mr.Levi failed to mention the coverage required which would have made me instantly deny the offer had I known but hey i guess they saw a young kid that doesn't read anything I must admit I was and I didn't read anything but regardless as stated by a Honda Financial rep they were suppose to mention what type of coverage I must have but it wasn't nor were they suppose to let me drive off the lot with the coverage I had but long story short. Now my insurance is $1000 a month I'm ecstatic about that. Then I finally decide to read my contract as of a few days ago to find out that as stated in the contract both parties are suppose to be allowed 24 hours before signing these documents which I was hardly given in which 24 hours states to me that there had to been some type of remorse period which they didn't allow me to return the vehicle the same day because of greed. Overall this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership and now I'm stuck in paying $1656 a month just for a car. I've tried several times of communicating with Mr.Morris before i realized that his promise was as dead as a fish out of water. More

I had a very good experience with Moe, my salesman. I was just looking and I ended up buying a car. He was courteous, respectful and worked with me to get me the best possible deal, however I did not appreci just looking and I ended up buying a car. these SCAM ARTISTS wasted our time. First off, they add a $1400 intake fee to cover some BS charges then they add MORE FEES: $350 for WINDOW ETCHING and $375 for KEY REPLACEMENT (even if you haven't lost k a $1400 intake fee to cover some BS charges then they add MORE FEES: $350 for WINDOW ETCHING and $375 for KEY REPLACEMENT (even if you haven't lost keys). We finally settled on a price and when we were about to do paperwork the TERRIBLE LYING MANAGER Jamie said it was going to be another $1500. No doubt trying to get more money out of us, thinking we wouldnt walk away. Not only did we leave, but the i've alerted the Better Business Bureau who are well aware of these terrible people. You've got to be from another planet to want to do business at planet honda. STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! DON'T BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEW OF THEM. More
