This was my first car purchase on my own and needless to say I was very nervous. I heard only good things about Planet Honda on various websites and people and decided to look there. From the second I walked in I knew I made the right choice. I dealt mainly with Eddie Amorin and felt very comfortable and taken care of with him. He helped make my choice very simple. I ended up with an Accord coupe and couldn't of been happier with my choice and the service I received at Planet Honda. Not to mention, a great deal!! I have recommended Planet Honda to many people and will keep on doing so. This is the place to get your car and Eddie is the man to see! I will definitely be returning to Planet Honda when my lease is up. More

I went in 7/16/2013 to pick up my plates and find out if they had the extra spare keys that I was I bought a Honda Accord 2013 Sport on 06/26/13. I went in 7/16/2013 to pick up my plates and find out if they had the extra spare keys that I was entitled to when I bought the car.(At the time of purchasing the vehicle they only had one key).  With the multiple times calling and not getting the answer I needed i decided when picking up  the plates I would ask in person instead.  I was assisted by a salesperson which was of no help since he couldnt get me the answers or results I needed.  When finally I was able to speak with Mr. Morris he took control of the situation. He made a few called to find out the status of my keys. Finally he resolved it by requesting my keys to be made on the spot.  Granted it took a bit longer than anticipated do to a glitch with the programming of the keys. However Mr. Morris quickly reacted to offer my famliy and me meal vouchers for the inconvenience of the wait (which was very conciderate of him).  I once again thank you Mr. Morris for making that visit a success in finally getting my keys.. More

My husband and I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot at Planet Honda on Saturday, and we are thrilled with the car, the price, and the service. I highly recommend salesman Steve March. He simply presented our options, took us for a test drive, and gave us time to talk over our decision in private. When we got home, we realized that we never got the radio code in case the battery dies, so I went back today, and Steve personally handled the process of tracking the number down. We also got a great interest rate for the loan - an even better rate than my husband, who is a veteran, could secure through USAA, and they always have the best rates. We traded in a 1998 Honda Accord, and we were extremely happy with the trade in value they gave us for the car. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be going back when it comes time for our next new car. More
