Peter was an excellent sales associate. He was very attentive and went above and beyond for customer service. The finance department is another story. They had me waiting to sign a release paper for over 2 hours. When someone was finally free, they left for the night, ignoring that I had been waiting. All in all, I spent about 9 hours at the dealership. Peter and his manager were the only good part of the whole experience. Plan to spend an entire day when you go in to get a new car. More
