Sales agent was pleasure to work with. However, though he tried to provide good customer service in office, had it not been for this being my dream car for the moment, between the follow up appointment sched tried to provide good customer service in office, had it not been for this being my dream car for the moment, between the follow up appointment scheduling confusion, and frequency of return trips to the dealership for the vehicle to actually be ready (versus not releasing off lot until it was actually ready to go) I would have gone back to Route 22 Honda (who warned me about recall issues requiring correction on the vehicle ahead). One of the return trips was for inspection and I had to put a hard end time due to my schedule for the day to leave. Been a nightmare since signing the paperwork and the final price upon financing completion also jumped. More
