Well for starters Hakeem called me off and on for three months and I finally came in yesterday to get my car. Hakeem spent 8-9 hours with me and never left my side. Had a great experience. Ultimately we couldn't find a vehicle to fit our needs and thankfully the staff were very understanding of that and instead of trying to sell us something that would not work, the vehicle to fit our needs and thankfully the staff were very understanding of that and instead of trying to sell us something that would not work, they shook our hands (figuratively) and wished us the best of luck. If a car came in that fit our needs they'd give us a call. Additionally, the manager we spoke to was very transparent about what we could expect about financing a used vehicle, which is exactly what we wanted to learn about and greatly appreciate it.
