I feel if I had had an older more experienced sales rep, my experience might have been better. I went in knowing what I wanted, a smaller SUV like I was trading in. I needed to have around the same paymen my experience might have been better. I went in knowing what I wanted, a smaller SUV like I was trading in. I needed to have around the same payment I was already paying, I needed it to have no more than 15,000 miles, and I wanted no down payment, just a trade in. What the sales rep kept repeating to me was that he has had eight years experience and that wasn't going to happen. He must have said it at least 5 times. He came back telling me all he had was a Mercedes and a sedan. I just laughed and I grabbed my bag and began to walk towards the door and his manager told me to hold on, he would see what he had. Presto! He had a the small SUV I wanted with only 6500 miles. I sat back down and the rep proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn't be worth much due to the missing outer driver's side panel. I mentioned the four new four day old tires as well as the KBB value. Not much of a reply to that. Besides all this, the sales rep told me that the car was equipped with Sirius radio and that the first 3 mos would be free. As I was about to leave after making the purchase, I asked about the Sirius. He said that he turned it on but that it would take one day before it began working. Well, when contacting Sirius about why it wasn't showing up, they checked my VIN and let me know that in fact my vehicle was NOT equipped with Sirius and if I wanted to stream it via my phone app, it would be 11.99 per month. This rep straight out lied to me. This review has more to do with the rep than the dealership itself. More
