Tech left hood unlatched after service. They tried to charge me 35 bucks to rotate tires even though I have maintenance plan that covers it for 7 years. When I called and spoke to the servi They tried to charge me 35 bucks to rotate tires even though I have maintenance plan that covers it for 7 years. When I called and spoke to the service advisor he just made up excuses and told me it's up to the customer to tell them that there is maintenance plan on the vehicle and what it covers. I bought the plan from this dealership. Advisor stated that they have to dig to find it and that they don't do that unless the customer says they have one. Kinda sounds like a scam is being perpetrated in my opinion. Charging people for a service they already purchased and then making excuses when caught. First time I took my car in with about 4000 miles on it for a rough idle when warm they did nothing but connect a computer and tell me there were no misfire codes detected. These guys can't even diagnose an issue unless a code is set??? I brought this up to the service manager as an example of my experience and he told me to bring it in and he would have a Nissan engineer look at it because they are out there weekly. Another red flag. If they had competent mechanics an engineer from the factor would not be needed on a weekly basis. Never taking my car back to this place again. More
