I wasn't told to stay in my car or follow the person, then stood outside for 5+ minutes before someone told me someone would be with me but again didn't say I was allowed to stay in my car or not. I also wasn't told where to go when coming back for my car. It was just very awkwad. More

I’ve been using Planet Nissan since I moved to Las Vegas in 2011. With the exception of one visit (one person actually) I’ve always had a good experience.
