Mike in the Sevice Depatment Mike was so helpful and making sure I was taken care of and the issues were corrected as soon as possible. It was 2 days before Christmas and he even Mike was so helpful and making sure I was taken care of and the issues were corrected as soon as possible. It was 2 days before Christmas and he even made sure he got me put in a Demo so I wouldn't have to drive on of my Company trucks to our Family functions. He is professional and thorough. What an absolute disappointment. I took my Ram 3500 in because it was throwing a code I couldn't clear. First of all they charged me $280 to plug their diagnostics in and tell me what I took my Ram 3500 in because it was throwing a code I couldn't clear. First of all they charged me $280 to plug their diagnostics in and tell me what they said. Complete rip off. Second they told me I needed a new turbo actuator. They quoted me a price of over $4000.00!!!! They then had the audacity to be smug about it when I questioned it and said they really thought it needed a new turbo as well with a price tag of over $8000.00!!! Thirdly, my truck had several recalls that needed tending to so I left it with them to take care of. Not only was my truck not finished when they said it would be, but I had to call them in the late afternoon to find that out! On top of this they charged me some kind of mystery fee for "supplies". That is ridiculous! I shouldn't pay a red cent for recall work! On top of all of this I got an actuator for under $400 and had an independent shop install it for under $300.00!!!!! That $4000.00 job cost me under $700 to fix. It runs like a champ. What a joke. I wouldn't take my bicycle in this ridiculous shop. More
