I used Platnum before and that dealer always tried to work with the customer. That is why I went back to them. Their price was not outrageous. With interest rate going up and the money factor for leasing work with the customer. That is why I went back to them. Their price was not outrageous. Manny made things very easy for our car purchase. He was very helpful and very calm and never pushy. While we were there purchasing, he was actually in the middle of selling another car to another pa He was very helpful and very calm and never pushy. While we were there purchasing, he was actually in the middle of selling another car to another party at the exact same time, but we still received all the help and support we needed without delay. He even managed to let us take the car 2 days earlie than expected. After we had already paid and received the keys, he stayed with us and the car for another 20-30 minutes to talk us through everything about the car and help to answer all of our questions and confusions.
