I appreciated the effort, and while I might do the same, it was unexpected based on other service centers. The next person I met was Paul, whom offered to take my key when I pulled into the service drop off area. Having not met anyone in person yet, I declined and went inside to meet my designated service advisor, Christie... Before being introduced, I was met with a smile and a greeting. I described all my issues and surrendered my key. Then, off to the waiting room! After a time, I was gathered up to go. My issues addressed, and my next appointment expectations set. I was satisfied and pleased with everything overall. I've since been back to have warranty work done twice. Each time has gone as good as it can, easy and uncomplicated. Additionally I've had the opportunity to meet Eve in person and speak with Harry and Cenia, an advisor and warranty administrator respectively. It's important to know that there is a dealer closer to me but I choose this one after my experiences with both. Plaza Cadillac is clearly better. While there is probably more I could say, it's unnecessary. Find out for yourself. You'll see. More

I brought my car into your facility because of error messages I was receiving. I was told the battery was low and it was charged to 60%. Even though the battery was replaced in January I was told as the messages I was receiving. I was told the battery was low and it was charged to 60%. Even though the battery was replaced in January I was told as the car was no longer under warranty the battery was not under warranty and to replace the battery would be $400. In lieu of replacing the battery I was told to drive it more. We drive it every day and last week I drove to Gainesville twice. Sunday morning the car would not start and I had a neighbor jump start it and drove it to a local service center. They determined that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I am lucky this did not happen when I was traveling to Gainesville. It is unfortunate that your mechanic could not determine the state of the battery, and you charged me $68. to tell me my battery was good and I should drive more (11,000 miles last year should suffice). Luckily there is a Cadillac dealer in Ocala I can go to for service and my next car. More
