Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are dedicated to making sure that our customers drive off of our lot feeling completely satisfied their purchase or service experience. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. We realize that consumers don’t buy Cadillacs because they have to, but rather because they want. Great service from a great staff. I’m the photographer for their ad in the local magazine every month and the energy at their location is why I chose to even buy a Cadillac last month. This was my 2nd tim for their ad in the local magazine every month and the energy at their location is why I chose to even buy a Cadillac last month. This was my 2nd time in here. There’s always a bit of a wait even with an appointment, but I know they can’t control everything in the service center. But Harry took care of me when it came time to check out. We had a situation where we had a screw in our rear tire side wall that would not hold air. There is no spare tire in the car an d we are stuck. I called Plaza Cadillac and they sent a technician out with a side wall that would not hold air. There is no spare tire in the car an d we are stuck. I called Plaza Cadillac and they sent a technician out with a spare tire, took the tire off my car took it back to the dealership. Replaced the tire, brought it back and pour it back on my car, all in less than twenty four hours. Great service. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. More
