Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. I’ve had nothing but headaches with this dealership. I had a great sales person and Paige and Jonathan but other than that I will not return. I was satisfied with Harry but I did not like the out come on my 2020 CT4 Cadillac navigation system not being repaired until they can get an upgrade. I think that is terrible for a brand like Cadillac o come on my 2020 CT4 Cadillac navigation system not being repaired until they can get an upgrade. Steve has always been great. It always appears to me that mechanical work is also wonderful. I asked for the 25 pt check. It revealed a few problems Steve suggested should be done.
