Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Tried to sell me a service that I did not need. Said the brake fluid was dark and dirty and that it should be changed at 24,000 miles and wanted to charge me $119. I said no and when I got home and read my brake fluid was dark and dirty and that it should be changed at 24,000 miles and wanted to charge me $119. I said no and when I got home and read my service manual it said brake fluid every 5 years. Not nice and unethical.....Don’t do that to customers! Very disappointed and shocked that you would do that. During previous visits I thought you were the best but not now. Perhaps I should take my business elsewhere! Work done was fine More

Terrible attitude in the service deot. Brought 2015 ATS in for A/C troubleshooting. Took 5.5 hours for them to tell me I needed a ne compressor. Gave them my warranty info and he said they had to order the in for A/C troubleshooting. Took 5.5 hours for them to tell me I needed a ne compressor. Gave them my warranty info and he said they had to order the part. 2weeks and 3 phone calls later I was told “be patient...these things take time”. This was in October and to date I haven’t been contacted. I’ll never return it recommend this dealer. Back to Massey for me. More
